Mushroom garlic chicken with artichokes

- 6 chicken breasts pounded to 1/4" thickness shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter shopping list
- 8 garlic cloves Crushed. I just run my through a garlic press shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 lb mushroom sliced shopping list
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and quartered shopping list
- 2 tbsp dry marsla shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add half of the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove.
- In same pan add olive oil and remaining garlic cook 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Add artichokes and cook 1 minutes. Add marsala and lemon juice, bring to a boil. Stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Pour over chicken.
- Serve with Pasta or Rice.
