French Vanilla Ice Cream

FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM I obtained this recipe from an estate sale when I purchased the family collection from the Ridings Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 2 egg yolks beaten shopping list
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream whipped shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, water, egg yolks and vanilla extract.
- Fold in whipped cream then pour into aluminum foil lined loaf pan and cover.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm then remove from pan and peel off foil then slice.
