Fish Pie

- 1 1/2 pounds cod or haddock, boiled shopping list
- 2 cups egg Sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce or Anchovy sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- For egg Sauce; shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 2 T flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 chopped hard-cooked egg shopping list
- 1 t lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Flake fish, removing any skin and bone, and arrange in a casserole. Add Worcestshire or Anchovy sauce to Egg Sauce and pour over fish. Top with crumbs into which butter has been stirred and bake in hot over (425 F.) 15-20 minutes
- If desired use part of the water in which fish was cooked when making the egg sauce. Serves 4-6.
