SuperPlain Potato Salad

- new potatoes (Small and Waxy) shopping list
- Thick Plain yoghurt shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- herbs and spices (Optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut potatoes into halves or quarters depending on size, you're aiming for chunks about 1inch square.
- Boil them for 5-10 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked but not soft.
- Rinse under cold water and leave to cool for a couple of minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the yoghurt with a fork, whisk or your preferred implement until it's smooth and lump-free.
- Beat in the salt and pepper, and any herbs or spices you want to add.
- Keep in the fridge until serving.
