Quick and Delicious Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • Coat pan with cooking spray, heat up to medium heat.
  • Fry egg. (I use a round silicon egg holder, it gives it a good shape)
  • When you turn egg over, add ham to pan to slightly cook.
  • When egg is done, assemble sandwich (I like to put the cheese in between the ham and egg so it melts)

    I make these all the time,we love them!!
    If you do not have an egg holder,we use the round metal ring that goes on a canning jar,it works perfect!
