Stir-fried Chinese Malaysian Beanshoots With Salted Fish

- About 200g Beanshoots/Beansprouts shopping list
- 1-2 Tbsp diced salted fish (can also use 'ikan bilis', anchovies, mackarel) - fried in oil ahead shopping list
- 1 tsp Minced garlic shopping list
- 1 small Red Chilli (sliced) shopping list
- 1 stalk green onion/Spring Onion/Scallion - cut into 5cm shopping list
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 2-3 Tbsp water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, prefried fish and chilli. Fry til fragrant.
- Add beanshoots, green onion and oyster sauce. Stir.
- Add water and let it simmer until beanshoots become slightly translucent.
- Remove from heat and serve.
