Crockpot Jambalya

- Serves 5
Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green pepper seeded n chopped
- 2 meduim celery stalks chopped
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 cups smoked sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 3/4 lb uncooked shrimp
- 4 cups cooked rice
How to make it
- Mix all in crockpot, except rice n shrimp.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours, Stir in shrimp n cook another hour or until shrimp are pink n firm. Serve with cooked rice.
