Ginger Crab In Coconut Cream

- 2 lb of blue crab(or other kind of crab), clean and removed top shelled but don't discard, cut crab into 2 pieces shopping list
- 1 cup of fresh ginger, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup chives, 1 inch long shopping list
- 2 cans of coconut milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 5 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot add coconut milk, water, ginger and garlic. Bring to boil.
- Add crab, shell, salt and pepper. Cover and cook in medium low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until crab are pink. Trun crab occionally while cooking.
- Add chive and mix well.
- Place crab on serving plat, saute with coconut juice and top with shell.
