Peanut Butter Ice Cream

this is defently a comfort flavor really good with strawberry topping......just like a PBJ sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth. Mix in the whipping cream and milk. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
