- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 4 slices good swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 can cream-of soup of your choice shopping list
- 2T dry white wine shopping list
- 1 c Pepperidge Farm Herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Blue label bag" shopping list
How to make it
- Place the chicken breasts in a microwave-safe container. Cover each chicken breast with a slice of swiss cheese. Combine the soup and the wine, and spoon over the cheese covered chicken breasts. Cover all with the stuffing mix. Microwave on medium power until chicken is cooked through -- cooking time will vary depending on your microwave.
