- 2 CANS OF Eagle Brand Condensed Milk ( BUY GOOD QUALITY CONDENSED MILK) shopping list
- 2 graham cracker crust shopping list
- 1 egg (BEATEN) shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
- 1 MEDIUM TUB OF Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- BEAT THE ONE EGG
- ADD 2 CANS OF CONDENSED MILK
- ADD LEMON JUICE (TO YOUR TASTE)
- TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
- FOLD IN TUB OF COOL WHIP
- TASTE: SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE LEMON JUICE
- ONCE SATISFIED WITH THE LEMON TASTE, POUR INTO THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
- PUT IN THE ICEBOX FOR 6 HOURS OR PUT IN THE FREEZER. I HAVE PUT MINE IN THE FREEZER AND LEFT OVER NIGHT.
- DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC MIXER, USE A SPATULA OR GOOD SPOON!
- GARNISH WITH SUPER THIN LEMON SLICES (OPTIONAL)
- YOUR PIE SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!
