How to make it

  • In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic salt (or fresh minced garlic), salt and pepper until smooth and piping hot.
  • Combine with spinach and chopped onion.

    I cooked the onion in some butter before adding it to the spinach and the soup mix....raw onion makes my hubby cranky. So, we have to alter the recipe slightly but it is very close to the Boston Market version and the family loves it.
