Low Fat Banana Bread

- 4 mashed banana's shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted margarine shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt the margarine and mash the bananas.
- Mix the first two ingrediants together, then add the egg whites and sugar.
- Sift the baking powder and flour together, then blend into the wet mixture.
- Mix well and pour into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
