Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb of white or crimini mushrooms shopping list
- 1 roll of sausage (i use jimmy dean hot breakfast sausage but you can use what you love!) shopping list
- 1pkg of cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese shopping list
- parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- clean mushrooms and remove stems
- put on a baking sheet and put in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes to release some of the moisture, dont want watery mushrooms!
- while mushrooms are in the oven, brown sausage and drain fat
- Take mushrooms out of the oven and drain excess water from cookie sheet
- Mix sausage and cheeses in a bowl
- fill the mushroom caps with mixture (a melon baller or small ice cream scoop works well, but a teaspoon and fingers are fun too!)
- place back in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes more until cheese is hot and bubbly and a little brown on the tops
- serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top and you are now a superstar!! :)
