Sweet Potato and Sausage Stuffing

This is a fabulous way to eat sweet potatoes. It is good as a side dish or even better stuffed in a pork roast or pork chops. So full of great flavors. We love it and know you will too.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sausage meat shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups soft, dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 cups hot mashed sweet potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sausage meat breaking it into small pieces.
- Add onion, celery and seasonings.
- Continue to cook until meat is tender.
- Drain off fat.
- Combine sausage mixture with crumbs and sweet potatoes.
- Mix thoroughly.
