Citrus Balsamic Salmon From Campbells Kitchen

- 8 salmon fillets, 3/4" thick (about 1 1/2 lb.) shopping list
- 3 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups Swanson® chicken broth shopping list
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 1 tbsp. orange juice shopping list
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel shopping list
- orange slices shopping list
How to make it
- SEASON salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350°F. for 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- BLEND broth, balsamic vinegar, cornstarch, orange juice, brown sugar and orange peel in medium saucepan.
- Cook and stir over high heat until mixture boils and thickens; boil for 1 min.
- ARRANGE salmon on serving platter; garnish with orange slices. Serve with citrus sauce.
