Peppered Porkchops
Ingredients
- 1 Can stewed tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large red pepper, chopped tiny
- 1 tspn red pepper flakes
- package of 6 pork chops of you choice
- oil
How to make it
- brown the porkchops on both sides with the oil
- place in the bottom of a large baking pan
- in a seperate pan than the oil pan saute onions and pepper till tender
- add in crushed tomatoes and juice, stir in with the pepper and onion
- once the tomatoe mixture is boiling somewhat add the crushed red pepper flakes and stir
- let it mix throughout the sauce and after about 15 minutes pour the mixture over the pork chops in the baking pan
- bake for 20 minutes and once cooked serve over mashed potatoes
