How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Cut fish into 4 servings size pieces, tucking under thin edges so
  • fish cooks evenly
  • Combine yogurt, mustard, chives, red pepper, and chili powder
  • Coat fish on all sides with yogurt mixture
  • Roll in bread crumbs to coat evenly
  • Put fish on baking sheet and drizzle with butter
  • Bake for 6-10 minutes...Fish should flake easily

    sounds good. i like the fact that there is no lemon in the recipe as i don't like lemon on fish. i know weird. i usually just leave it out or sometimes sub another citrus
