Crispy Oven Fried Fish

- 1 lb. haddock, cod, or any white fish shopping list
- 2 tbls. plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 tbls. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbls. chives, finely chopped shopping list
- Dash of red pepper flakes shopping list
- Dash of chili powder shopping list
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbls. butter, melted shopping list
- lemon, to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450
- Cut fish into 4 servings size pieces, tucking under thin edges so
- fish cooks evenly
- Combine yogurt, mustard, chives, red pepper, and chili powder
- Coat fish on all sides with yogurt mixture
- Roll in bread crumbs to coat evenly
- Put fish on baking sheet and drizzle with butter
- Bake for 6-10 minutes...Fish should flake easily

sounds good. i like the fact that there is no lemon in the recipe as i don't like lemon on fish. i know weird. i usually just leave it out or sometimes sub another citrus
