Smoked Salmon And Hash Browns

- 3 cups frozen has brown potatoes, thawed shopping list
- 2 pouches (3 ounces each) smoked Pacific salmon shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine potatoes, salmon, onion, bell pepper and pepper in bowl; toss gently to mix well.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potato mixture; spread to cover surface of skillet. Carefully pat down to avoid oil spatter.
- Cook 5 minutes or until crisp and browned. Turn over in large pieces.
- Brown 2 to 3 minutes.
