How to make it
- cook pork ribs with 8 cups of water for 45 minutes or until the is the water turns white, this is the soup base or the stock for this soup
- add sea cucumber and bamboo shoot, cover, simmer for 15 minutes, add shrimp, salt and pepper, taste, serve hot
