Spinach-Cheese Bake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350. Pour the butter into the bottom of a 13x9" baking dish coated with cooking spray;tilt dish to coat. Place spinach evenly in bottom of dish;sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups;leval with a knife. Combine flour and remaining ingredients in a medium bow;stir with a whisk until blended. Pour milk mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 mins or till lightly browned. Serve immediately

    This is delicious and simple to make. I used 6 eggs instead of the substitute. It reheats in the microwave perfectly! Great recipe!!!

    spinach and cheese - what a great combination. i am permitted eggs - can i use them? i've never seen egg substitute here. and i have to use gluten-free flour (amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, rice, corn). i wonder if it will come out the same? well, i shall try and let you know.
