Chef Jons Grilled Tenderloin

- pork tenderloin about 1 lb shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cilantro leaves finely chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoons smoked sweet paprika shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoons coarse salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoons fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoons ground coriander shopping list
- 1 teaspoons cumin shopping list
- 1teaspoons onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne (this may be omitted or adjusted to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the spices together to make Chef Jon's grilling rub
- pat pork dry and rub with the spices (Chef Jon's Grilling Rub).
- Let it chill for at least 30 min.
- Prepare grill for cooking.Fire is medium-hot (you can hold your hand 5 inches above rack for 3 to 4 seconds).
- Grill on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot fire, turning frequently, until an instant-read thermometer inserted diagonally 2 inches into meat registers 155 degrees F, about 20 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board, then tent loosely with foil and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
