Buffalo Wings For Real
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs disjointed chicken wings
- 1 stick of butter
- Frank's Hot Sauce
- Season All or salt and peper to taste
- Vegtable oil to fry in
- ALTERNATE: Bake seasoned wings at 350-400 for 45 minutes to one hour.
How to make it
- Heat oil in cast iron skillet to hot
- clean and pat dry chicken
- season chicken
- fry until crispy and brown
- drain and set aside
- melt butter in sauce pan
- add hot sauce and stir
- add wings to sauce and toss to cover evenly
- plate and serve with blue cheese and celery sticks
