Baked Virgnia Ham

- 1 (14 to 16-pound) fully cooked, spiral-cut smoked ham, on the bone shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves shopping list
- 8 1/2 ounces mango chutney shopping list
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed shopping list
- zest of one orange shopping list
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ham in a roasting pan, preferably lined with foil.
- Add all the ingredients, except the ham, of course, into your food processor.
- Process it until it's smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the ham and bake for 1 hour, until the ham is fully heated and the glaze is well browned.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
- You can use the juices from the pan for a sauce to pour over the ham at the table.
