Stuffed Mushroom Caps

- 8 oz lite cream cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbsp low fat sour cream shopping list
- 1 -2 green onions shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 oz grated Emmenthal cheese shopping list
- 2 oz crab meat shopping list
- 2 oz shrimp meat shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Remove stems from 30 large, cleaned mushrooms
- Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet
- Mix remaining ingredients together, reserving 1/2 of Emmenthal
- Fill mushroom caps with filling
- Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes, until bubbling
- Top with remaining grated cheese, and broil until the cheese melts
- Serve immediately.
