Balsamic Roasted Butternut Squash

- 2 large butternut squash shopping list
- 1/4 c. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel squash and cut in 1 in. cubes.
- Toss with other ingredients.
- Roast at 375 in preheated oven till soft and carmelized.

I bake squash like this a lot (minus the red pepper flakes, plus some brown sugar....) so I look forward to trying it with a 'little more kick' next time :) Great post, with thanks, GrandMommy :)
