Spicy Sausage Dip

Can be made as spicy or mild as you like with the sausage you choose, tastes great either way.
Ingredients
- 16oz Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes shopping list
- 10 oz can rotel - Diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained shopping list
- 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained (I use hot italian flavored sausage) shopping list
How to make it
- In microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients
- Microwave on high 6 mins, stirring every 2 mins.
- Heat until cheese is melted and well mixed.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips
- *Can also be warmed and served in mini crockpot; as warming stir occassionally to completely blend ingredients.
