My grandfather was a downtown St. Louis corner market owner/butcher. He loved this! Especially when he provided the fresh braunschweiger.
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz) shopping list
- 1 lb braunschweiger shopping list
- 1/2 cup chili sauce (catsup may be substituted) shopping list
- 2 tsp horseradish shopping list
- 1 Tbl minced onion shopping list
How to make it
- Blend ingredients together
- Serve with crackers
