Sweet Spicy n Sour Sprouts

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable broth or water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan, cook Brussels sprouts in 2/3 cup boiling water until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- In a medium bowl, combine oil, broth, syrup, vinegar, and mustard until well combined.
- Drizzle over the sprouts in the pan, toss thoroughly to combine and serve.
