Zucchini with Pecans

- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 cups zucchini cut into julienne strips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sliced red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in medium skillet.
- Add zucchini then sauté until crisp tender.
- Add remaining ingredients tossing to coat completely.
- Heat 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
