This is a great little salad that make a pretty salad to go with chicken, fish or beef. Our children like it too. . . .a perk.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, broken shopping list
- 6 roma tomatoes (which have been air ripened in a hanging wire basket for several day) T shopping list
- his adds flavor to the tomatoes shopping list
- OR shopping list
- 1-pint grape tomatoes (which taste good year round) shopping list
- 4-eggs, boiled and sliced shopping list
- 1 can mandarin orange slices, drained shopping list
- Poppy Seed Dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Mix vegetables and mandarin oranges.
- Top with dressing.
- (Doubles well.)
