Cabbage Rolls

- 1 large Cabage, Head shopping list
- 3 Pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 pint rice ; cooked shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion ; diced shopping list
- 3 cans tomato soup ; diluted shopping list
How to make it
- Steam cabbage in microwave on high for 7-10 minutes or until peelable.
- Mix meat, rice and onion together in a large bowl.
- Place a good size ball of meat mixture at the core end of the cabbage leaf and begin to roll the leaf so that it is wrapping itself around the meat mixture.
- place in a pot for cooking
- Cover bottom of pot with excess cabbage cut up, then put in cabbage rolls.
- Pour tomato soup over cabbage.
- Cover.
- Can be cooked on top of the stove for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a low boil.
- If using a pressure cooker set control at 15 pounds and cook for 12 minutes after control jingles. Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes then place under faucet.
- If cooking in oven, cook at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on a low boil.
