- 1 1/2 pounds collard greens - parboiled and drained well shopping list
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root shopping list
How to make it
- Put drained collards in saucepan and warm.
- Whisk together next 3 ingredients and pour over collards.
- Warm thoroughly and serve!
