FAT FREE ANY FRUIT COBBLER

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups of fruit, fresh or canned or frozen shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the fruit.
- Coat an 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour in batter.
- Add fruit on top any way you like, the crust will come up over the top and cover it.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Enjoy!
