Beer Brats
Ingredients
- 1 package johnsonville beer brats
- 3 12 oz. cans or bottles of beer
- 1 whole onion
- 1 whole green bell pepper(optional)
- 1 whole red bell pepper(optional)
How to make it
- Empty three cans or bottles of beer into large sauce pan.
- Dice onions, and bell peppers.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and beer brats to beer.
- Boil 10 minutes.
- Remove brats from beer, and finish cooking for 5 minutes per side on grill. (finishing on grill is optional)
- Use onions and bell peppers along with your favorite condiments for toppings.
