Egg Fried Rice

- 400g cooked white rice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 5 spring onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 50g peas (garden peas or petit pois) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in the wok.
- Fry the spring onions and garlic for 40 seconds.
- Add the rice and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Splash the soy sauce over the rice.
- Pour the egg on top off the rice and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
