Stir-fry Bean Spout

- 1 cup green onion, long 1/2 inch sliced shopping list
- 2 cup bean sprouts shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tsp. fish sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cups of diced tofu (optional) shopping list
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce shopping list
- pinch of black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cups of cooked pork blood (optional) shopping list
- This dish also good with crispy pork...but optional shopping list

How to make it
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and stir fry about 2 minutes. Add tofu and remaining vegetables and cook and stir for several minutes.
- When the vegetables are half way done, add sugar, black pepper and fish sauce, mix well
- Add cornstarch into the water. When the vegetables are crisp-tender, make a space in the center and add the sauce. Allow to bubble until it begins to thicken and then quickly stir to coat the vegetables.
- Serve over rice.
