Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, toasted almonds, jalapenos and marmalade
  • Cover and chill
  • Fry bacon in skillet over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes on each side (until slightly browned)
  • Drain on paper towels
  • Remove cream cheese mixture from fridge, and spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on each of the 24 crackers, then top with another cracker
  • Wrap a slice of drained bacon around each stuffed cracker, overlapping bacon ends on bottom
  • Place crackers, seam side down on UNGREASED baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes (bacon needs to be crisp)
