How to make it

  • Pre - Heat oven to 350
  • Combine HOT sausage and cheese in a mixing bowl w/ a wooden spoon
  • Add bisquick and get your hands in there mixing thouro...mix up good
  • Make 1 inch balls and place on large heavy baking sheet
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes , depending on the size of yer balls
  • enjoy
  • Alternate route
  • You can take 3 dozen fresh mushrooms and remove their stems
  • make balls a bit smaller and stuff in to mushroom button
  • cook accordingly
  • I hate mushrooms so I don't go for this, but you might

    My 5 year old hates spicy things so I made them with the Sage sausage and they were great. This was a great "helping mommy cook" dish too.
