Teriyaki Chicken Wings

- Large package of chicken drummettes (12 drummettes or more) shopping list
- 3 cups of Terriyaki sauce (I prefer Kikoman) shopping list
- 2 cups of cooking sherry shopping list
- 1 cup of honey shopping list
- 1 clove of finely minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Wash drummettes in warm water and pat dry.
- In a large bowl wisk together Terriyaki sauce, cooking Sherry, honey, garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken drummettes and thoroughly coat with marinade.
- Allow to sit in a fridge for at least half an hour.
- On an aluminum foil covered baking sheet evenly spread out drummettes and cook in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
