This recipe is on the back of the Chex Cereal box... One of the wives made this for a meeting I went to with my daughter in law in North Carolina... Its delicous..cant eat just one...
Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 9 cups chex cereal shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In one quart micro wave bowl, mix chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter; microwave uncovered on high 1 minute; stir; microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
- Stir in vanilla.
- In a large bowl, place cereal.
- Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
- Pour into a 2 gallon food storage plastic bag.
- Add powdered sugar; seal bag and shake until well coated.
- Spread on wax paper to cool.
