Chinese Chicken Wingettes

- 1/2c hoisin sauce shopping list
- 2T soy sauce shopping list
- 11/2 T each toasted sesame oil and cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic,minced shopping list
- 1T. grated peeled fresh ginger shopping list
- 1/2t hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 2 pkgs.(13/4 lbs each) chicken wingettes shopping list
- Garnish;sesame seeds,sliced scallions shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all but chicken and garnish in a bowl. Spoon 3T into a cup;cover and refrigerate. Use as a finishing glaze
- Pour remaining mixture into a large ziploc bag;add chicken. Turn to coat pieces. Refrigerate overnight.
- Heat oven to 400. Line broiler pan bottom with foil;coat broiler pan rack with non-stick spray. Arrange wingettes on pan rack. Bake 40 to 45 mins.;turning chicken once,until tender
- Heat broiler. Brush wings with finishing glaze. Broil 6" from the heat source till crispy and glazed,about 4 mins, Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions
