Spanish Bean Soup

- 2 Cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) shopping list
- 1 Medium onion Chopped shopping list
- 2Medium size potatoes, red or white shopping list
- 1 Large Carton of chicken broth shopping list
- 1 Package Goya Sazon seasoning with coriander and Annatto shopping list
- 1 container of Oscar Meyer turkey sausage cut up in slices shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Chicken Broth, Onion, Potatoes, Sausage, and Seasoning in a large pot. You may need to add some extra chicken broth or water to keep the fluids from running out. If you want it to cook fast you can cook it boiling on med/high for about 2-3 hours. If you want it to cook slow bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer, cover for 6-8 hours. It's good either way.
