- 3- oranges CHOPPED INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. shopping list
- 3-apples CHOPPED INTO BITE SIZE PIECES. I USE RED DELICIOUS BUT YOU CAN US ANY green applE ALSO. shopping list
- 1 TO 1 1/2 CUPS OF red grapes. WASH AND DRAIN WELL. shopping list
- 2 CANS OF CHUNK PINAPPLE OR TIDBITS. DRAIN WELL. shopping list
- 1CUP OF BLUE berries. WASH AND DRAIN WELL. shopping list
- 1 TO 2 CUPS OF strawberries( I HAVE USED FROZEN BERRIES TO). SLICE STRAW BERRIES IN HALF. shopping list
- A JAR OF MARCHINO cherries ,DRAINED WELL. (OPTIONAL) shopping list
- 1/2 TO 1 CUPS OF CHOPPED walnuts. CHOPP WELL BUT NOT TO MUCH OR BUY CHOPPED walnuts. ADD A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET TO MUCH NUTS IN SALAD. shopping list
- 2 CONTAINERS OF Cool Whip (FAT FREE AND sugar FREE IF YOU CAN FIND IT.) ADD 1 TSP. vanilla AND A DASH OF CINAMMON TO Cool Whip MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE . PLACE YOUR Cool Whip ON THE COUNTER TO THAW OUT ABOUT A HALF HOUR BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR SALAD. shopping list
How to make it
- CHOPP ALL FRUIT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES AND PLACE INTO A BOWL.
- THEN ADD WALNUTS AND THE PINAPPLE, BLUE BERRIES AND THE MARCHINO CHERRIES.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DRAINED FRUIT WELL.
- NOW ADD THE COOL WHIP WHICH HAS THE CINAMMON AND VANILLA ADDED TO IT. MIX WELL , PLACE IN FRIGERATOR TILL CHILLED. SERVE WITH ANY DISH. CAN BE EATEN AT ANY MEAL.
