Cheese Filled Beef Roll

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 T. barbecue sauce (I use steak sauce) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper shopping list
- 2 T. water. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine meat, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, sauce, egg and salt
- Mix well.
- Put meat mixture into 14" x 8" rectangle on waxed paper.
- Combine cheese, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, green pepper and water.
- Pagt cheese mixture over meat.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees in shallow pan for 25-35 minutes.
- Have fun, play around with added ingredients!
