Stuffed Porkchops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (about an inch thick)
- 8 deli slices of cheese (choose your favorite anything will work)
- 4 deli slices of ham (about as thick as a sandwhich slice)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of sage
- 2 tablespoons of tyme
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
How to make it
- Cut Porkchops down the middle about 1/2 an inch away from bone
- Place a slice of cheese, ham, and a slice of cheese on top
- Sprinkle on herbs and pepper on all chops on both sides (use more if desired)
- Heat large skillet with olive oil place pork chops in
- Turn about every 3-5 minutes and there you go pork chops everyone will love!
