APPLE SAUSAGE BREAKFAST RING

- 2 pounds lean unflavored bulk sausage shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. crushed butter crackers (Ritz) shopping list
- 1 tart, grated apple (peeled) shopping list
- 1/2 C. minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 C. milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, mix well and press into a ring mold lined with wax paper. CHILL overnight.
- Unmold, removing paper. Place onto baking sheet with raised edges.
- Bake at 300 deg. for 1 hour
- Fill center ring with scrambled eggs before serving.
- Great with a decorative sweet-roll Christmas wreath, etc.
