Beef and Cabbage Rolls

- 1 pound of lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 cup sauerkraut shopping list
- 3 packages refrigerator crescent rolls shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions
- Drain off any excess liquid
- Season to taste
- Add sauerkraut and cook until heated
- Open crescent rolls and crimp 2 triangles together to form rectangles
- Place a small amount of meat mixture on each rectangle and roll up
- Slice each roll into 2 or 3 rounds
- Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until browned
- Serve with your favourite tomato sauce
