Cranberry-Glazed Carrots

- 2T unsalted butter shopping list
- 2(16 oz.)bags baby carrots shopping list
- 1t salt shopping list
- 1/2t pepper shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 1/2c. sugar shopping list
- 8 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries shopping list
- 2t. chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in dutch oven over medium heat. cook carrots,salt and pepper till lightly browned,about 8 mins. Stir in garlic,cook till fragrant about 30 sec.Add sugar and cook covered,stirring occasionally until carrots are glazed and nearly tender,about 15 mins.
- Stir in cranberries and tarragon and cook,uncovered unttil carrots are completely tender andcranberries have softened ,about 5 mins.
- Serve
