Gorgonzola and spinach Filled Pork Tenderloin

- 1 pork tenderloin shopping list
- 150 g spinach shopping list
- 150 g gorgonzola shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
- 1 dl bouillon shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- beer shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Add salt on pork and leave for about an hour.
- Cut a hole in the middle and with a help of a wooden spoon make it bigger.
- Boil spinach in bouillon, add nutmeg. Mix with gorgonzola.
- Stuff pork ith the mixture.
- Smear oil on the meat and put in oven for 50 minutes.
- Add beer under the meat and sometimes pour some over the meat again and again while broiling.
