How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Add salt on pork and leave for about an hour.
  • Cut a hole in the middle and with a help of a wooden spoon make it bigger.
  • Boil spinach in bouillon, add nutmeg. Mix with gorgonzola.
  • Stuff pork ith the mixture.
  • Smear oil on the meat and put in oven for 50 minutes.
  • Add beer under the meat and sometimes pour some over the meat again and again while broiling.
